Introduction
P series pulse source measure unit (sourcemeter instrument) is based on DC digital source meter, and it has all function of screen touch,combines the useful features of a digital multimeter (DMM), power supply, true current source, electronic load and pulse generator, all into a single, tightly synchronized instrument in a compact form factor. Max voltage 300V, and Max pulse current 10A. It also support four-quadrant working.Therefore, it is widely used in electrical characteristics tests. It applies to all kinds of materials and device test like modern semiconductor, Nanometer materials, organic semiconductor, electronics, and other small size, low power devices.
