Introduction

The high voltage source E series has the characteristics of high output and measurement
voltage (3000V), and can output and measure weak current signal (1nA). The equipment
works in the first quadrant, the output and measurement voltage is 0~3000V, and the
output and measurement current is 0~100mA. Support constant voltage and constant
current working mode, and support rich I-V scan modes.

The equipment can be used in IGBT breakdown voltage test, IGBT dynamic test bus
capacitor charging power supply, IGBT aging power supply, lightning protection diode
withstand voltage test, varistor withstand voltage test and other occasions. Its constant
current mode is of great significance for quickly measuring the breakdown point.
