1200V800V GaN mosfet static parameter testing system power device curve tracer similar with B1505A parametric analyzer
Introduction:
PSS GaN power device parameter test system mainly includes parameter test host, host computer software, computer, and related communication, test accessories and other components. The whole system adopts the parameter test host independently developed by PSS, and has built-in measurement units of various voltage and current levels. Combined with the self-developed host computer software to control the test host, different voltage and current levels can be selected according to the needs of the test items to meet different test requirements.

- SourceMeter S300: used for gate driving and testing, and supports up to 30V@1A DC current output and testing; 1A current output
- high-voltage programmable source E300 is mainly used for voltage between source and drain, leakage current test, supports up to 3000V voltage output, and has its own current measurement function;
- LCR meter: Frequency range at
20Hz-5MHz
